Slow-setting bitumen is made by mixing pure bitumen with relatively light solvents with a high flash point. The percentage of mixing this product depends on the hardness of the pure bitumen used and the weight of the solvent used. Approximately 85-95% bitumen and 5-15% solvent are used to make this product. The analysis of this product is given below.
