Slow-setting bitumen is made by mixing pure bitumen with relatively light solvents with a high flash point. The percentage of mixing this product depends on the hardness of the pure bitumen used and the weight of the solvent used. Approximately 72-82% bitumen and 18-28% solvent are used to make this product. The analysis of this product is given below.
